Several forms of steam stainless steel silencers:
1. Boiler - Fire exhaust stainless steel silencer (TB) type
To suppress the noise emitted by high-pressure steam flow, there are already various forms of stainless steel silencers that use throttling and pressure reduction. Due to their complex structure, large quantity, and difficulty in disassembly and repair, their application scope is limited. The stainless steel muffler of this type of structure overcomes the above shortcomings. This type of exhaust stainless steel muffler is designed in accordance with a reasonable sound reduction principle. High pressure steam enters the pressure reducing body through a large volume expansion after passing through a controlled flow in the exhaust stainless steel muffler, forming low-pressure steam that is then sprayed out. During this process, the internal energy of the steam flow is partially converted into sound energy of a certain frequency. Although the noise power is greatly reduced, it often remains above the standard value due to reasons such as deviation from the design value of the exhaust. For this purpose, a double-layer junction sound barrier was designed outside the pressure reducing body, which is based on the spectrum of residual noise emitted by the pressure reducing body, to effectively absorb residual noise. After the user installs according to the requirements, the total noise reduction should reach 36-42 decibels.
2. Stainless steel silencer for steam safety door (TA type)
-As is well known, for the safety valves of boilers and other thermal devices, excessive noise should be avoided during steam exhaust, and the steam flow should be smoothly discharged. Therefore, the commonly seen sound-absorbing methods for throttling and small hole injection should not be used. This limitation is not only the difficulty in designing stainless steel silencers for safety doors, but also the reason for the poor sound-absorbing performance of stainless steel silencers for safety doors. The stainless steel muffler used for safety doors in this model also adopts the principle of resistance, spray, and resistance to noise reduction. It replaces the smaller diameter control hole with a large hole expansion, strengthening the resistance, spray, and resistance to noise reduction mechanism in structure, and achieving the desired sound reduction effect.
3. Low pressure steam stainless steel muffler (TD type)
Various industrial and mining enterprises use a large number of low-pressure boilers with a pressure of 01.3MPa and below, and there are also a large number of low-pressure thermal devices in the power plant thermal system, such as backpressure steam turbines, deaerators, auxiliary air heaters, steam turbine oil pumps, continuous boiler discharge, and periodic discharge expansion devices. The exhaust pipe of the above equipment requires a stainless steel muffler that is lightweight and easy to install. Our factory designs a series of useful deaerator, backpressure steam turbine, and other series for different noise reduction objects, which can meet the requirements of users. The above-mentioned exhaust stainless steel muffler can meet the requirements of the Industrial Enterprise Noise Hygiene Standard and has been applied internally. Used for N3 type steam turbine, 20T/H low-pressure boiler superheater steam discharge. The boiler pressure is 13at, with a evaporation rate of 20T/H and an exhaust capacity of 10T/H.

Steam stainless steel silencers are mainly used for noise reduction of boiler steam emissions and other gas emissions in industries such as power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and textile. It is an important measure to eliminate steam emissions and noise. Various types of boiler exhaust steam not only have high temperature and high pressure, but also discharge frequency bandwidth, which measures the damage of stainless steel silencers for steam emissions
The steam stainless steel muffler mainly considers the following three aspects:
1. The noise reduction capacity of stainless steel silencers for boiler steam can meet the requirements of the Industrial Enterprise Noise Standard.
2. Stainless steel silencers can adapt to different frequencies, high temperatures, and pressures (low high pressure, high pressure, subcritical, and critical).
3. The structure of stainless steel muffler - (reasonable size, high strength, long length, easy installation). The steam stainless steel muffler is developed based on the principle of composite noise reduction with resistance, spray, and resistance. It has the advantages of large noise reduction, small volume, light weight, and easy installation.
Working principle of steam stainless steel muffler:
The steam stainless steel muffler mainly adopts the principles of finite combination and internal absorption, completing the heat exchange between steam and the heated liquid inside. After passing through the stainless steel muffler, all steam is converted into hot water, avoiding strong vibration and noise caused by the free combination of steam and water (liquid) (such low-frequency vibration and strong noise can cause significant damage to equipment, buildings, and human health). After installing a static stainless steel muffler, the noise can be reduced to below 65 decibels, and external noise can be reduced to below 60-45 decibels depending on the situation, achieving non quiet results.
The steam stainless steel muffler is mainly based on the theory of 銀行卡small hole injection銀行卡 combined with the principle of impedance expansion sound absorption. The boiler steam discharge has a general flow rate, high airflow noise, and needs to be expanded through a through-hole. After passing through a through-hole, the steam is depressurized and reduced in flow in the anti expansion chamber. The airflow is then sprayed out through a small hole, and the sound power of each octave band has been reduced after spraying, while the frequency of sound pressure is raised to above 20000Hz, greatly weakening the noise, However, some frequencies of secondary noise still need to be further silenced. We have installed a sound-absorbing cotton structure outside the expansion room, which is designed based on the spectrum of residual noise emitted by the pressure reducing body, to effectively absorb the residual noise. Order and selection of steam stainless steel silencers:
Steam stainless steel silencers are designed according to various parameter requirements. When ordering submersible steam stainless steel silencers, the following information must be provided in order to obtain good silencing and usage results:
(1) The upper and lower limits of steam pressure;
(2) Steam pipe diameter and wall thickness;
(3) Steam consumption per unit time (or hot water consumption, process heat consumption);
(4) The upper limit requirement for water temperature;
(5) The main components (pH, particle diameter and content) and purpose of the heated liquid.

1. Steam stainless steel silencer:

b. Rated steam parameters at the inlet of the exhaust pipe: pressure and temperature;

2. Safety valve stainless steel muffler:
a. Model of the host equipment or (boiler) evaporation capacity;
b. Safety valve parameters: discharge capacity, start-up pressure, medium temperature;
c. The structure parameters of the steam pipeline behind the safety valve include pipe diameter, wall thickness, material, and length. The submersible steam release stainless steel muffler is mainly used for the direct utilization of steam for liquid heating and the recovery of waste heat from tail steam. It is an environmentally friendly and energy-saving equipment. Mainly used in industries such as food, chemical, bathing, etc., to eliminate strong noise generated by steam and water combined.

The steam emissions of a back pressure steam turbine are divided into two categories: exhaust emissions and back pressure emissions. The one is superheated steam, with the word (over) marked after the model, while the latter can basically be regarded as saturated steam, with the word (full) marked after the model.
Example 5: TDy series: 銀行卡TDy-6-220/8銀行卡 type
Used for the high-pressure deaerator of N50 type steam turbine - partial discharge steam - gas combination. Deaeration pressure of 6at, boiler evaporation of 220T
/H. The exhaust steam volume of the deaerator is 8T/H.
Instructions for ordering and selecting steam stainless steel silencers:
The exhaust stainless steel muffler series produced by our factory is designed according to the user's steam emission target and emission requirements. Therefore, only when the production meets the emission target, steam parameters, and emission amount can reasonable noise reduction results be achieved. Therefore, when ordering stainless steel silencers, the following parameters must be provided:
① For thermal power plants, the turbine model, boiler capacity, steam pressure, and temperature should be provided;
② Object of use (such as for boiler overheat discharge or steam drum safety valve discharge, etc.);
③ Emissions T/H;
④ The original outer diameter and wall thickness of the exhaust pipe;
⑤ If it is necessary to commission our factory to carry out installation design, the original exhaust pipeline installation diagram should be provided.
For models not listed in the product manual, users can provide the relevant information mentioned above, and our factory will select them on their behalf.
Installation instructions for steam stainless steel silencers:
① The steam stainless steel muffler should be installed perpendicular to the factory building, as shown in Figure 3. The steam stainless steel muffler base should be fixed to the factory building using a steel bracket.
② To increase the wind resistance of the factory building at high altitudes, the steam stainless steel muffler body adopts a supporting support. Therefore, the exhaust pipe of the steam stainless steel muffler should have an expansion bend to absorb heat expansion. If the original exhaust pipe has a drainage plate installed in the vertical direction, the expansion bend should be installed.
③ The bottom of the steam stainless steel muffler body is designed with drainage pipes or drainage holes, and the holes should be checked to ensure they are unobstructed.
④ The opening of the exhaust pipe passing through the factory building platform should have a rainproof cover made of thin steel plate (as shown in Figure 3).
⑤ For safety doors, in principle, only safety doors are equipped with stainless steel silencers. There are two types of safety doors: single seat and double seat. For double seat safety doors, the exhaust pipe can be merged into a main pipe and connected to the stainless steel silencer during installation. However, for double seat safety doors with large exhaust volume, two stainless steel silencers can also be installed.
⑥ For small displacement steam stainless steel silencers used for deaerator, steam jet extractor exhaust, etc., the external design is tubular, making installation more convenient. The installation method is shown in Figure 4, where the steam stainless steel muffler is installed vertically along the walls and columns of the main factory building. Install steel sliding brackets on walls and columns, and install steam stainless steel silencers and pipelines on them. The exhaust outlet of the steam stainless steel silencers should face the direction of the house. It should be noted that this type of steam stainless steel muffler is already equipped with a fixed support when leaving the factory. When using a sliding support installation, the fixed support can be omitted. As shown in Figure 4.
Selection Guide for Steam Stainless Steel Silencers:
Steam stainless steel silencers are divided into the following three types:
① TB type exhaust stainless steel muffler: used for high pressure boiler fire exhaust noise reduction, selected from Table 1.
② TB type exhaust stainless steel muffler: used for high and high pressure steam safety valve exhaust noise reduction, selected from Tables 2 and 3.
③ TD type low-pressure through-hole stainless steel silencer: used for steam exhaust silencing of various boilers, deaerators, backpressure steam turbines, and other auxiliary equipment in power plants with a pressure of less than 0.16Mpa. Select from Tables 4 and 5. For those not listed in the table, users can provide information such as steam parameters, emissions, and pipeline interface dimensions of the equipment, which will be selected by our factory.
Model and mode of steam stainless steel muffler: (I) (II) (III)
(I) Composed of two or three English letters:
--A letter represents the structure of a stainless steel muffler - characteristic T - through-hole stainless steel muffler.
-Two letters represent noise reduction object B - boiler - fire exhaust and other manual exhaust A - safety door D - low-pressure through-hole stainless steel muffler
When used for certain special purposes, three lowercase letters in English are also set, such as b - back pressure turbine y - deaerator
(II) represents the pressure of the boiler steam, at (for the reheater of the intermittent reheating unit, the denominator of the fraction - is used to represent the temperature).
(III) The numerator represents the boiler evaporation capacity T/H; The denominator represents the exhaust volume T/H of the stainless steel muffler.
In addition, for stainless steel silencers that need to distinguish between superheated steam and saturated steam, add the words (over) or (saturated) after column - III to indicate the difference.
