4. Prevent blockage of the sampling tube: When the sampling tube is blocked, compressed air can be used for blowing. When blowing, close the blowing valve on the injection pipe, forcing compressed air to enter the cyclone separator through the injection pump to blow the sampling tube, achieving the purpose of preventing blockage.
5. High separation rate: The cyclone separator adopts a different interface and the outlet pipe on the separator is inserted into the coal powder of the separator. This way, when the coal powder enters the separator, secondary separation can be achieved, with a separation rate of ≥ 99.6%. The separated gas is sucked by the jet air extractor and sent into the coal powder pipeline, which does not pollute the working space.
